Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we operate by appointment only to ensure every client gets our full, undivided attention. You can easily book online or call us.
What if I am running late?
Please let us know as soon as possible. To keep our schedule on track for all guests, late arrivals will still end at the scheduled time, and the full treatment fee will apply.
What should I wear?
Wear whatever you are comfortable in. During the massage, you will undress to your comfort level. You will remain securely and professionally draped with a sheet or towel at all times; only the specific area being worked on will be uncovered.
How should I prepare for my session?
Try to arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. We recommend staying hydrated before your appointment, and avoiding eating a heavy meal right before your massage.
How will I feel after my massage?
Most clients feel deeply relaxed and loose. If you received deep tissue work, you might experience mild muscle soreness for a day or two—this is normal and can be eased by drinking plenty of water.
